COMPETITION LAW: Where OP-Intel was in dominant position in market for micro-processor, condition imposed by OP which provided that warranty in respect of boxed micro-processor would be provided only when same was purchased in India from its authorized Indian distributor, amounted to abuse of dominant position in contravention of provisions of section 4

COMPETITION LAW: Where OP was manufacturer of micro-processors and agreement between OP and its authorized distributor was not in nature of exclusive distribution agreement and its authorized distributors could sell micro-processors of any brand, further, informant's grievances were mainly in regard to change in warranty policy of OP in India upon its boxed micro-processors, prima facie case of contravention of section 3(4) was not made out against OP
